Job Responsibilities: Keep the trains running on time. Complete a wide variety of tasks to ensure the team operates efficiently. Manage calendar, plan travel and events, and support on projects as necessary.
Core Strengths: Detail-oriented, conscientious, organized and efficient.  Comfortable with technology and prone to choose solutions and processes that are common sense and straightforward to execute.  'Street smart' with respect to knowing where and how to best engage.

 

What I do:

I'm always busy with broad range of projects and tasks added to my regular work. I'm often relied on to coordinate the disparate parts of a project for my boss or other team members. I've become the go-to person for answers and have created a system that works well for me. I don’t have the time (or quite frankly, the inclination) to learn a complex new software program.
