Whether you have been with us since 2006 or signed up earlier today, we value your business and hope that Smartsheet has been a valuable service for you.

Before sharing a few comments about the year ahead, we would like to thank you for contributing to these milestones:

• Smartsheet's customer base grew by more than 300% in 2009
• Customers in more than 50 countries benefited from Smartsheet. Among the fifty?: Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Belgium, India, The United Kingdom, China, Argentina, and Mozambique
• We delivered 6 major feature updates during the past twelve months
• Over 8,000 workers completed 1,865,103 crowdsourced tasks for our customers through Smartsourcing
• Smartsheet.com exceeded its goal of 99.9% uptime (including maintenance windows for new features, 99.943% was achieved)

We have big plans for 2010. Numerous features targeted at specific work scenarios, ranging from project management to task management to CRM and organizational planning, are currently under development. As more capabilities are layered into the service, we remain intently focused on ease of use and product quality.

Recognizing that Smartsheet is not the only tool our customers use to get work done, integration with other applications is also a priority. In the immediate term, phase two integration with Google Apps and integration with Intuit Quickbooks are planned.

To our most active and vocal customers, thank you for your feedback (thousands of suggestions) and we look forward to delivering some of the most heavily requested enhancements in the coming months.

To those who wished they had used their subscription a bit more last year, there is no time like the present to get started. We’re here to help as necessary.
