Job Responsibilities:
Able to monitor team activities and provide assistance without getting in the way. Can manage up (providing status reports to the exec team) and down (communicating goals to team members). Able to juggle many responsibilities, including team management and individual projects.

I communicate with my team members on a regular basis, staying up to date on where things stand, providing guidance, helping to remove obstacles, and escalating issues as needed. I also participate in several cross-departmental projects, making sure that my assignments are completed and getting updates on work done by others. On a regular basis, I provide updates to the exec team on status of key projects and progress toward team goals.
