Smartsheet today announced a partnership with multi-jurisdictional law practice, jdrlegal for the purpose of creating unique workflows for the legal industry.

The two companies will work together to identify and develop best practice templates in the field of law. The initial areas of focus include compliance, corporate governance, and corporate transaction management. Through the combination of jdrlegal’s industry expertise and Smartsheet’s online tools for work management, the templates will enable customers to more efficiently manage and access legal information.
