What I do:

I interact with a lot of different groups, including the exec team, sales force, R&D, and customers. I need input from many people as we formulate product strategy, define business requirements and work to meet key product launch milestones.

How I use Smartsheet:

Smartsheet has done a great job of reducing my email traffic to a manageable level. I've created sheets to track our feature backlog, enhancement requests, and product launch plans. By sharing these with the appropriate people, everyone who needs to has a real time view of the most recent information. It's easy for me to get updates from people and provide status reports.
