My colleague is in one location, I’m in another, and we have several freelancers that work with us. Smartsheet is a great tool for us to share documents.
We are using Smartsheet to manage all of our projects and tasks, as well as billing. We have also created a customer contact and a web detail summary sheet.

I like that you can start with a template and modify it or you can create your own sheet. The reports are very useful, and I like that you can export a Smartsheet into Excel.
We were using Excel, but didn’t have a shared environment. Every time a document was updated it had to be emailed back and forth. Using Smartsheet has made us much more efficient and has created a central repository for all our documentation.
We are more organized with our project management and reporting. We have assigned tasks and a central repository for making sure our projects stay on task.
