Director of Product Management, Infrastructure

As we continue to grow our customer base, we are looking for an experienced Director of Product Management who understands how to build scaling distributed systems.

This role will be located at our headquarters in Bellevue, WA and will report to the Senior Vice President of Product.


  • Plan and manage distributed data architectures, in addition to consistent transaction databases in the future
  • Manage the overall roadmap and delivery of large platforms
  • Manage a team of product managers focused on scalable infrastructure, APIs, telemetry and performance
  • Work with leads to provide level of efforts for new initiatives and release ordering
  • Collaborate between software and infrastructure teams
  • Maintain focus on scope towards incremental delivery of a new platform
  • Set milestones and align the rest of the organization towards supporting software releases
  • Define and measure business goals and impact of new platform on operations and customer engagement


  • Engineering, technical background with at least 10 years of experience in managing cloud scale and data platforms
  • Experience in building SaaS applications with large user bases
  • Understanding of large scale database architectures
  • Experience in developing performance and health telemetry
  • Experience working with senior developers and architects on a large scale collaborative preparation
  • Extensive experience in full software development lifecycle duties including requirements gathering, design, estimation, prototyping, implementation, and quality assurance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with frequent production releases
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis

  • Experience in sync technologies
  • Knowledge of API
  • Understanding of the architecture of transaction stores
  • Understanding of versioning control and recording technologies
