I am unable to be vaccinated. Can I still attend ENGAGE?

Unfortunately Smartsheet cannot make exceptions for unvaccinated people who wish to attend ENGAGE for any reason.

To safeguard the health of our employees and their families, our customers, visitors, and the community at large from COVID-19, we’ve adopted the vaccination requirement for attendance. This process is based on guidance from local and national authorities, such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and regional and local health departments. ENGAGE 2022 content will be available online post-event on demand.

If I am fully vaccinated, do I also need to provide a negative COVID-19 test?

No, we are not requiring proof of a negative COVID-19 test at this time.

Will onsite ENGAGE staff be COVID-19 vaccinated?

Yes, our COVID-19 vaccination policy applies to all conference attendees, including staff.

Do I need the booster shot to attend ENGAGE?

A booster shot is not required to attend the conference. In terms of our health and safety policy, “fully vaccinated” according to current CDC guidelines means that a participant has received (a) at least two doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, or (b) the single-dose Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 or AstraZeneca/Oxford COVID-19 vaccine.

Will I be able to take a COVID-19 test on site?

The Seattle Convention Center has a testing center currently scheduled to shut down in July but may be extended at their sole discretion.

Smartsheet will not be offering COVID-19 testing on site, however the City of Seattle maintains a list of free COVID-19 testing locations in the vicinity of the conference location.

What healthy and safety measures should I expect from ENGAGE?

Smartsheet has partnered with CLEAR to utilize Health Pass, to provide easy proof of COVID-19 vaccination for attendees.

Additionally, we will provide attendees with the option to add an indicator of their personal space preference on their conference badge (green, yellow, red), as well as PPE such as masks and hand sanitizer across all conference venues.
