Is there a per user charge?There are no per-user charges. The subscription price is the same - whether you have 10 users or 1,000 accessing your account. How does the free trial work?You have 30 days to try all the features. During the trial you may add an unlimited number of people, create up to two workspaces and a total of five sheets. You are not required to provide credit card information to create a trial account. When you upgrade to a paid edition, all of your users and data come with you.Is the Limited edition really free?Yes. You may access your free Smartsheet.com account as long as it is accessed once every 90 days. Free accounts that are idle (not accessed for 90 days) are de-activated. What is Smartsheet Assist?If you prefer someone else do your administrative work - no problem. Just send your phone number and existing spreadsheets to assist@smartsheet.com and we'll get them all set up for you in Smartsheet. It's a flat $25 rate of per spreadsheet. We won't bother you with per sheet charges if you are an Einstein customer - Smartsheet Assist is included with that edition. What payment methods does Smartsheet accept?Pay by Credit Card - We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Check or Wire - Invoicing is available for customers who pay annually. Please contact sales at +1.425.827.8909 to ensure accurate processing. Once confirmed, you will be able to choose the invoicing option online. Others on my team already use Smartsheet. Do I have to go through the sign up process to join their account?No. Just ask one of them to add you to their account. Workspace and sheet sharing happen between people in an account (not across accounts). While users can be associated with multiple accounts, teams generally use a single account. Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time?Yes. The only exception to downgrading is if your paid account usage exceeds the capacity of a lower edition. Refunds and credits are not issued for partial periods or on pre-paid annual subscriptions. Do I need to sign a contract when I upgrade?No. Smartsheet.com is a pay-as-you-go service with terms and conditions applying to all free and paid customers. Paid customers have the ability to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their service at any time. Are discounts available?
