This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for participant behavior, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior. Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior

Participants asked to stop any harassing or unacceptable behavior are expected to comply immediately. Smartsheet event representatives retain the right to take appropriate actions to keep the conference a welcoming environment for all participants. Actions may include a warning, expulsion from the conference (including without warning), and/ or engagement of law enforcement.

In addition, if you have, or Smartsheet reasonably suspects based on documented evidence that you have violated any law or regulation, Smartsheet may report such violations to the appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties. Our reporting may include disclosing relevant personal information. We also may cooperate with appropriate law enforcement agencies, regulators, or other third parties to help with the investigation and prosecution of illegal conduct by providing network and systems information related to alleged violations of this Code of Conduct.
