He partners with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality to deliver integrated manufacturing schedules, consolidate fragmented systems into a single source of truth, and drive measurable efficiency across the business. Before moving into pharma, Daniel served as an officer in the Irish Defence Forces — leading specialist diving and operations teams under pressure — a background that shapes the calm, structured leadership he brings to every campaign.
