He is also the founder of Cascades Business Improvement. Before his current roles, Jeff held improvement and management positions at Amazon, IDEXX Laboratories, the U.S. Department of Defense, and Raytheon. He enjoys helping others design systems, build skills, and improve operations so that work becomes more engaging, rewarding, and profitable.
