Breakout Session

From One to Many: Solving Scale with the Smartsheet API

Wednesday, Nov 4 | 10:20AM - 11:20AM

Details

Manual admin work breaks down at scale. This session shows three ways teams use the Smartsheet API to connect, govern, and secure their environment: a live node in the data flow, syncing ERP, HR and BI data on a schedule with no CSV exports; automated user lifecycle, using webhooks and nightly sweeps to govern seats and clean up licenses; and a tenant-wide sharing audit that flags external shares and public links across every sheet. Each pairs a manual-today vs. API comparison with a demo or an example.
