Additionally, Claire co-manages our Advisory Councils Program, enabling valuable collaboration and voice of the customer insights. Outside of work, Claire finds joy in exploring the outdoors alongside her two beloved dogs.

She is passionate about making learning a fun and engaging experience. She designed a rewards program for Smartsheet education, empowering learners to create solutions. With a career starting in 2015 at Tech Systems, Joe has demonstrated remarkable growth evolving from a Field Tech role to Regional Management before excelling in IT. Melanie has been working in Healthcare for more than 30 years, and with Smartsheet for the last 5 years. She uses Smartsheet every day to manage teams, monitor data, and build / simplify processes. She is a Mobilizer who has hosted many lunch and learns for her teammates, along with monthly User Group meetings. She was a member of the first Overachiever class and is currently on the IT Product Advisory Council.
