Amy Yarrington brings over 25 years of invaluable expertise in portfolio and project management, with a specialization in designing and overseeing PPM solutions. Notably, during her tenure at VF Corporation, she demonstrated her proficiency by implementing and administering Smartsheet as a customer and system admin in 2017. Amy joined the Smartsheet team in 2019 as a Customer Success Manager, where she excelled in driving client satisfaction and delivering successful outcomes. Her deep knowledge and understanding of the platform led her to transition into Solutions Engineering, where she continues to leverage her extensive experience to advise clients.

After being a devoted Smartsheet customer for 3 years across multiple companies and industries, Kendra joined Smartsheet in early 2020. Since joining, her time has been spent developing and building solutions, driving positive change for clients, and defining best practices for the effective use of the product. Kendra earned her Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Kansas School of Engineering. She has also earned her PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Certified Scrum Master certifications. In her spare time, Kendra is a competitive ballroom dancer. She’s also teaching her three-legged cat, Watson, to walk on a leash.

Brian has worked in Information Technology at Iron Mountain for over 25 years. For the past 15 years (or so) he has driven a variety of PPM tools and processes, culminating with Smartsheet. Using Smartsheet, Brian and his peers have reduced Iron Mountain's PPM footprint from 6+ tools into 1, cut costs in half, gained strategic alignment across multiple portfolios, and enabled process automation for over 5000 Mountaineers.

Mike Webb, Director of the PMO/VMO, joined Iron Mountain in 2011. Mike has a background in design thinking, agile frameworks and hybrid approaches. The larger programs Mike worked on were the REIT transition, Workday implementation, Oracle and Payroll programs and the Recall integration. He moved into a manager role in 2017 and in 2018 moved into a director role in the PMO. Mike and his team focus on digital transformation by targeting tool rationalization and process automation in order to allow the teams to focus on execution. Mike and his team also focus on the governance and quality within the portfolio and the associated tools. Mike lives in Spring City, Pennsylvania, about 30 minutes outside Philly, with his wife and 4 sons. Mike enjoys baseball, running and the outdoors.
