Having spent the last five years at Smartsheet, Emily Saforrian (she/her) is passionate about creating tools so Smartsheet users can solve their problems for their teams. Currently, she leads the team behind Workspaces, WorkApps, and Control Center. In the past, she also led the Forms and DataTable teams. In a past life, she was a user experience designer and front-end developer who spent countless hours building apps. In her free time, she enjoys working on her historic home from the 1870's, meandering through farmer’s markets, and playing indie video games. She holds a M.S. in Human Factors from Bentley University and a B.S. in Organizational Communication from Northeastern University.

Jeff Manning is a project and portfolio management professional with decades of experience managing and leading projects, and business consulting. Jeff has certifications in project management, change management and Smartsheet. He earned his undergraduate business degree and post-graduate MBA from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri in the United States. Jeff is a devoted husband to his high school sweetheart and wife of 34 years, and he enjoys playing saxophones on the weekends with his band mates at many of the local wineries in the Missouri wine region.

Andreas Ahammer is a business lawyer by education. He started his career with KPMG as Tax Consultant, soon found out about his desire to work with people and got into the recruiting business. In 2017 he started to work for Bayer AG as a Sourcer of Talent and Recruiter for the divisions of Crop Science and Animal Health. He took part in the integration of Monsanto and was shifting roles to be a global Human Resources Business Partner for multiple matrixed and international units with their employees re-organizing, synergizing and building up structures in an agile environment. After having realized he needed a "reality check" he shifted to the business side and led the change, training and communications efforts in Global Digital Manufacturing. His recent role is a combination of the support of the digital transformation, change management on continuous improvement, lean and agile as well as support for the Bayer-wide initiative of Dynamic Shared Ownership, a customer-centric approach busting bureaucracy, empowering employees at the lowest level possible. Andreas truly believes in transferrable skills, "lifelong learning" and networking. He currently works on a new book for change management in an agile environment.
