Mark Mader is President and CEO of Smartsheet (NYSE: SMAR), a global SaaS platform that helps the world’s leading businesses, including 80% of the Fortune 500, manage and scale projects, programs, and processes. 

With over 25 years experience, Mader is a recognized leader in technology, having been named Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year in Technology for the Pacific Northwest. He serves as a board member of ZoomInfo (NASDAQ: ZI) and of the University of Washington Information School. He also serves as a member of the New York Stock Exchange’s Listed Companies Advisory Board.

 A dual citizen of Germany and the United States, Mark has spent considerable time working and living abroad and applies that global perspective to understanding the unique needs and goals of our customers and partners. Mark is a graduate of Dartmouth College.

Eddie Obeng

Prof Eddie Obeng MBA PhD is Learning Director and CEO of Pentacle Business School, an organisation he set up in 1994 to act as a living experiment for his tools and techniques and to prove the practicality of the 'virtual working' he espouses. 

He is a professor at Henley Business School and was formerly with Hult (Ashridge) Business School, Shell, and in consulting. Eddie has a broad range of experience on which he draws. He has worked as a project manager, a 'borrow-your-watch' type consultant, as a tutor and a line manager. Eddie's first board appointment was as the youngest-ever Executive Director of any business school in Europe. 

He has been on the board of the UK Design Council. Currently he serves as a non-executive for an investment firm

Miya is a seasoned tech leader serving as the Vice President of Product for the Solutions and Portfolios Experiences team at Smartsheet. With a career spanning nearly two decades, she has honed her expertise in engineering and product management across renowned companies such as Microsoft, Nordstrom, Cisco, and now Smartsheet.


At the helm of Smartsheet's Solutions and Portfolios Experiences team, Miya is dedicated to empowering customers worldwide to seamlessly create, collaborate, and manage solutions from any location. Her profound focus on collaboration and productivity SaaS applications and e-commerce has driven innovation and transformed digital experiences for customers.


Aside from her professional endeavors, Miya is deeply committed to leveling the playing field in education, particularly for women and the BIPOC community. She's passionate about making the tech industry leadership more diverse and inclusive, and she actively works towards this goal by mentoring, sponsoring Smartsheet's Women and Gender Minority ERG, and participating in speaking engagements.


Miya's dedication to fairness and excellence is both inspiring and impactful, driving positive change within the tech world. When she's not shaping the future of technology, you can find her in Seattle with her husband and four kids, embodying her values of inclusivity and equity in her personal life as well.

Ben Canning is SVP of Product Experiences at Smartsheet since 2018. His passion has always been helping customers make meaningful change on the world. Prior to Smartsheet, Ben worked at Microsoft leading Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business and SharePoint. He's the proud dad of three kids and a dog. Outside of work he is a super nerd, spending his time 3D printing and making things.

Grégoire Martin

Grégoire Martin

Senior Manager, Strategic Portfolio Management & PMO, International Olympic Committee

With a career spanning over two decades, Grégoire brings a wealth of expertise in project and program management across diverse industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at the International Olympic Committee (IOC). Over the past two years, Grégoire has led the Portfolio Management and Project Management Office team, while also managing the implementation of Smartsheet across the IOC administration. His journey encompasses impactful roles in renowned multinational corporations in the consumer goods and automotive industries, in Europe and South America.
