Agenda & Attendee Event App

Sessions cater to all proficiency levels, with tracks dedicated to new Smartsheet users, intermediate, and advanced users to unlock your organisation’s potential.

ENGAGE sessions are organised into three tracks based on Smartsheet proficiency: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. To help you to pick sessions or a track that matches your skills, we’ve detailed the recommended level of Smartsheet experience for each track below:

Beginner: The Smartsheet core features, including sheets, automations, dashboards, and more, are either new to you or you’d like a refresh of these features or Smartsheet best practices. You’ll elevate Smartsheet skills that are applicable to a wide array of use cases, from distributing marketing assets to managing projects.

Intermediate: You’re already Smartsheet savvy and would like to elevate your skills. The content in this track is designed to deepen your proficiency whether you’re managing project portfolios, work in system administration, and beyond.

Advanced: You live in Smartsheet and have a solid understanding of its technical potential. Whether you're overseeing weekly shipments, organizing a user conference (like Smartsheet ENGAGE), or tackling other projects, these sessions are designed to maximise your expertise with Smartsheet Bridge, DataTable, and Data Shuttle.

The attendee hub serves as the interactive nerve centre of ENGAGE for conference attendees. You can view sessions, customise your schedule, personalise your profile, discover and connect with other attendees, join discussion groups, browse speaker bios, and more. You can access the attendee hub via the web, or on your mobile device as the attendee event app.

Registered attendees can access the web version starting in late April. Stay tuned for an upcoming email with instructions on how to download the app.

The nearest underground station is Edgware Road (Circle, District, Hammersmith & City and Bakerloo lines), directly opposite the hotel.
