New to Smartsheet? Jumpstart your time at ENGAGE by learning the essentials of collaborative work management. Designed by experts, this session will ground you in the key terms you might hear throughout the conference, and provide an introduction to automations, forms, reports, and dashboards, and more.
Prerequisites: None
This workshop is designed for Smartsheet users exploring whether Smartsheet Control Center (SCC) is right for their organisation. Join us to understand the fundamentals of how this project and portfolio management tool builds on Smartsheet core capabilities. We will cover key terminology and functionality that will be highlighted throughout the rest of ENGAGE.

The Core Product Certification exam validates your ability to manage work in a collaborative environment by testing your knowledge of how to create and manage sheets, formulas, automation, forms, reports, and dashboards in Smartsheet. This is a 90-minute timed exam consisting of 65 multiple-choice questions.

The System Administrator Certification exam validates your ability as a System Admin to manage an organisation’s Smartsheet plan, including account settings, security policies, licenses, users, and data policies. This is a 90-minute timed exam consisting of 65 multiple-choice questions.
