I joined Smartsheet in September 2022 as a Solutions Engineer within the EMEA Commercial Team. I am responsible for conducting discovery sessions with our customers to grasp a deeper understanding of their current business problems and build a Smartsheet demonstration to solve for these. During my demonstrations I am able to showcase what the customers business would look like using Smartsheet Software. Having always worked as a Solutions Engineer prior to Smartsheet, at Oracle Netsuite and SAP I've had the opportunity to work with various different software systems including Financial management, ERP & CRM software.

Dom has been a Solutions Engineer at Smartsheet for 4 years. He currently supports the largest customers in EMEA understanding the value of Smartsheet products and how they can leverage best practice to elevate their current processes. Prior to working at Smartsheet, Dom worked extensively as a Solutions Engineer in the wider collaboration area within the Document Management and Unified Communications markets.
