Smartsheet for Outlook Now Available for all Office 365 Users

Bellevue, Wash. – Nov. 18, 2015 — Today during the Connect (); // 2015 conference in New York City, Smartsheet - the spreadsheet-inspired collaborative work management platform - announced the availability of Smartsheet for Outlook for all Office 365 users. The integration between Microsoft Outlook and Smartsheet’s collaborative work management solution helps Office 365 users manage work in Smartsheet straight from their inbox to increase productivity and efficiency.

Smartsheet for Outlook enables users to create or edit Smartsheet tasks and collaborate on them in real-time, all without leaving their Outlook inbox. Specifically, features in Smartsheet for Outlook include the ability to:

• Track and organize data within email communications into projects or tasks without leaving the Outlook inbox, all with a couple of clicks

• Convert any email into a shared item that instantly appears as a row in a Smartsheet project or sheet for all collaborators to see and act on

• Create or edit a Smartsheet item or task, then assign it to someone, schedule it, or add comments and other relevant details from the email

• Attach the entire email as a comment associated with a Smartsheet item along with accompanying attachments

• Search for Smartsheet projects, processes or tasks from within Outlook
