When the review and approval process has ended, set a proof to complete with a single click in the proofing panel to close the loop and prevent further commenting and version uploads.
Completed proofs are read-only, but people with access to the sheet can continue to review existing versions and comments.
You must be the sheet owner or have at least editor permissions on the sheet to change the status of a proof to complete or incomplete.
