Work Insights helps you make better decisions about the work you’re doing in Smartsheet by uncovering and visualizing key trends, activities, and bottlenecks. Our latest insight type, Cross Tabs, helps you analyze the number of rows present across two sets of columns. This allows you to answer questions like “How many High priority requests are in Blocked state?” or “Who takes on the most high complexity tasks?”. To use Work Insights, simply navigate to your favorite sheet and select the Work Insights bar chart icon on the right panel.
