Previously, users of the Smartsheet integration with Microsoft Teams had to publish their Smartsheet items to add them as Tabs within Teams. Now, users can feel more confident and secure when adding Smartsheet items as Tabs by sharing them with their Teams channel members instead of publishing them. Users still have the option to publish the item if access within their organization isn’t a security concern or if their Teams channel membership changes frequently. Learn More
