This includes support to create a new, or modify an existing sheet and report to be used with your Pivot App solution, setting up a workflow, and creating a report to help you summarize data. This configuration service is ideal if you need training & support to set up your Pivot App solution. At the end of this engagement, you will gain the skills and training needed to manage your Pivot App solution. This package can be an add-on service to other Smartsheet Professional Service offerings.

Discovery

  • Review and walkthrough your solution package with your Smartsheet expert. 
  • Discuss the scope of your purchased package, gather requirements and schedule your future meetings based on a delivery timeline of completing the project in 10 business days.

Execution Activities

  • Creation of 1 net new sheet or modification of 1 existing sheet to be used with the Pivot App.
  • Setup of 1 Pivot App configuration to summarize data from the aforementioned sheet.
  • Creation of up to 1 additional report to summarize data from Pivot App. 
     

Solution Training & Enablement

  • Training and enablement on Pivot App best practices, and enablement on how to use and manage your Pivot App Solution. 
  • At the end of your solution training, you will understand your Pivot App solution and how to maintain it. 
  • Get access to demand resources for future solution support needs.

Prior to Kick off: 

  • Identify your Key Decision Maker and Solution Admin
    • Your Key Decision Maker is the individual who ultimately approves the solution design process and functionality. The Solution Admin is the person who will own the maintenance and make updates post-release. 
  • Internally align on your business goals and the objective of this engagement.
  • Gather relevant materials that outline your current process; examples could include process or requirements documents and/or templates.
  • Come prepared to discuss your timeline.  Understanding your dependencies, constraints, and preferred go-live dates will allow us to work together to formulate a plan.
