Kelsi McDonald Harris is the Senior Vice President of Business Operations and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Smartsheet. She is responsible for instilling and maintaining a strong business cadence and operational discipline across the organization. As Chief of Staff to the CEO, she spearheads the development, execution, and tracking of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring the successful realization of Smartsheet’s strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Smartsheet, McDonald Harris was the Chief People Officer at Accolade, where she was responsible for the company’s People & Culture business for its 2,400 employees. She was instrumental in driving cultural transformation, international expansion and the company;s path to profitability. She also held the position of Vice President of Strategy and Planning and served as Chief of Staff to the Product and Technology organization. She previously worked in Human Resources roles at Target Corporation.
She holds a B.S. in Global Business and an M.B.A. with a Leadership emphasis from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
McDonald Harris is married and lives in Seattle. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dog, Ruby, practicing yoga, and hiking the trails throughout the Pacific Northwest.
