Nick Dunn is General Counsel for Smartsheet. He leads the company’s legal, privacy, and risk functions, and has supporting responsibility for the information security program.
Nick has more than 17-years experience working in and leading legal teams. A Smartsheet employee since 2017, he has led the company’s commercial, product, litigation, and corporate acquisition efforts. Prior to joining Smartsheet, he worked at ServiceNow, Brown Rudnick LLP, and IBM.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Computer Science from Boston College, Carroll School of Management, and a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School. He enjoys music, a good cup of coffee, basketball, and coaching his sons’ sports teams.
