Senior Product Manager, Digital Asset Management

Support the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital asset management product offering, informed by company objectives, customer needs, market landscape, and industry best practices. Partner with technical and product leadership across the company to align strategy and platform investments. Partner closely with the research, design, and engineering teams to create compelling, high-quality customer experiences. Use internal and external data to guide experimentation, designs, decisions, opportunities, and evaluation of success. Collaborate with research, product design, engineering, data science, marketing, and analytics teams to run quantitative experiments and qualitative studies to test hypotheses and iteratively develop product capabilities. Support strategy, product health, capabilities, experimentation status, and insights, and will align and communicate them to a wide audience. Write succinct and compelling product strategy, execution and requirements documents. Position is 100% remote; must reside in U.S.; and reports to HQ in Bellevue, WA. Salary: $157,000 - $220,000 per year.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of professional experience as a Product Manager, Information Systems Manager, or any occupation, job title, position involving product management.  

Must also have experience in the following: 3 years of professional experience partnering with design and user research in delivering user experience with high-scale platforms; 3 years of professional experience interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions, evaluate success, and identify new opportunities; 3 years of professional experience synthesizing customer needs, business needs, and market data to develop product strategy and roadmap for a product or feature area; 2 years of professional experience delivering enterprise software features from inception to launch in a business to business (B2B) setting; 2 years of professional experience influencing and aligning with senior management; 2 years of professional experience performing experimentation and A/B testing methodologies, and guiding iterative development based on real user feedback and performance data; 1 year of professional experience working in an agile development environment; and 1 year of professional experience delivering consumer software features from inception to launch in a business to consumer (B2C) setting.

Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity.

US Base Salary Pay Range
$157,000$220,000 USD
