Creation Agent in MCP and Smart Assist, now available!

The Creation Agent — the engine already powering Build with AI — is now available to customers on two new surfaces:

• From external AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) via the Smartsheet MCP server — describe a project in plain language and get a complete, connected workspace with sheets, forms, reports, dashboards, and automations, instead of the single-sheet create-or-update the connector supported before.
• From Smart Assist — when Smart Assist recognizes creation intent mid-conversation, it hands off to the Creation Agent and returns a working workspace rather than instructions for building one.
   

The agent's clarifying question-and-answer refinement travels with it to both surfaces, so what gets built reflects how a team actually works instead of a generic template.
