With this release, Smartsheet System Admins can now download a CSV report containing details on all Data Shuttle workflows in their organization.
To access this feature, System Admins can go to the "My Organization" page in Data Shuttle, and then click “Workflow report” to download a CSV file with details on all Data Shuttle workflows in their organization.
System Admins will need to stay on the page while the download completes and is dropped into their local “Downloads” folder. Details on the Data Shuttle workflows in the CSV include workflow name, ID, type, status, action, created date, edited date, last run date, workflow creator, and several other fields.
