Introducing the in-app Help Center

We’ve redesigned our in-app help experience to make it easier to get the answers you need, right from where you are in Smartsheet. The new Help Center surfaces your most important learning resources, including recommending relevant articles and videos based on what you're working on and the ability to search our full library of help articles without leaving Smartsheet. It can be moved, minimized, or resized giving you the flexibility to engage with help resources without disrupting your workflow.

All users can also now get AI-powered, on-demand support by clicking "Chat with support" within the Help Center. If you need more support,  you can also utilize your support plan benefits (if applicable)—such as Pro Desk sessions, phone support, or connecting with a live agent—all in one place.

For Enterprise customers who have a custom help screen enabled for their organization, you can now access it by clicking "Internal resources" in the Help Center. Learn more
