Smartsheet is pleased to announce the release of Data Egress Policy Controls. Data Egress Policies give organizations the ability to restrict actions that enable data to leave your Smartsheet org. This includes exporting, printing, publishing, saving as a template, saving as new and sending as an attachment. These actions can be restricted for external collaborators, and apply only to sheets.
