Schedule prompts to run automatically

You can now schedule prompts to run automatically via agentic workflows. In Smart Assist or your Smartsheet MCP-enabled AI assistant, set times to execute prompts that summarize overdue tasks, identify at-risk projects, and roll up weekly status updates, and the results are emailed once you've approved them.
