ServiceNow, Dynamics 365, and HubSpot integrations, now available!
September 25, 2026
Two changes to Integrations are landing together. First, Integrations are now included at no additional cost on Enterprise, Advance, and Advanced Work Management plans, for both User Subscription Model and Legacy Collaborator customers, with no cap on the number of integration workflows and no separate SKU to buy. Second, the lineup is growing: three new native integrations, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and HubSpot, are live in the Data Integrations panel.
Each connector signs in with OAuth, maps the records you choose to columns in a Smartsheet sheet, and keeps them flowing in on a schedule you set. Once the data lands in Smartsheet, it's available to reports, dashboards, and automations like any other sheet data, so teams can standardize on Smartsheet for delivery without giving up their systems of record.
The three new integrations:
- ServiceNow: supports the Incident, Project Task, and Demand tables. Built for enterprise PMO and IT teams running demand and projects in ServiceNow.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365: supports Opportunity, Case, Project, Work Order, Account, and Task from the CRM module. Finance & Operations and Business Central are excluded. Replaces the legacy Dynamics connector, which is being deprecated; customers on the legacy connector are already being migrated.
- HubSpot: syncs standard HubSpot objects into a Smartsheet sheet on a schedule you set. Built for RevOps and PMO teams running sales in HubSpot and delivery in Smartsheet. Replaces partner marketplace apps, iPaaS recipes, and Data Shuttle workarounds.
Setup for all three is the same flow: sign in with OAuth, pick your source object, map fields to sheet columns, filter down to the records you care about, and choose how often the sync runs. Before a customer can set one up, they'll need an eligible plan, a Smartsheet admin to configure the workflow, a target sheet that already exists, and an admin on the source system who can complete OAuth. Field mapping is manual.
A few things to know:
- Business plans aren't eligible for included Integrations. Business-tier customers who want to use them will need to upgrade to Enterprise.
- The Jira and Salesforce connectors are not part of this change and continue to be sold separately under their existing SKUs.
- Data flows one direction, into Smartsheet, on a schedule, with a 15-minute minimum interval. Real-time (webhook) sync, custom objects, and bi-directional sync are out of scope for this phase.
- ServiceNow customers aren't being forced to migrate; they can stay on the legacy Rego connector or move to the new Smartsheet integration.
- More integrations are on the way. These three are the start of an expanding lineup, not the full set.
