During your engagement, our Marketing & Creative Management specialists will work with you to map out your business processes, and define the steps to be performed as a part of specific workflows identified. They will then deliver a prescriptive content workflow architecture, mapped to the three foundational processes of managing creative work:  Request Intake & Capacity Planning, Work Management, and Content Collaboration.  Our experts will then configure your solution using Smartsheet's core capabilities for creative work management. This includes configuring a request intake sheet, a content request form, and a compatible Brandfolder structure. We will also provide enablement on how all of these components integrate with each other so that you can confidently begin using the completed solution within your organization.

  • DAM + CWM Integration Training & Walkthrough | Topics & Deliverables Co-led by both Marketing and Creative Management Specialists
    • Training on the Proofing capability and it’s integration with Brandfolder
    • Training on the Brandfolder Panel integration
    • A demo of the full end-to-end solution that will be recorded for your future referencing needs
  • DAM Audience Environment Training & Setup Call | Topics & Deliverables Led by a DAM focused Marketing and Creative Management Specialist
    • Training on applicable asset distribution methods

Prior to kick off: 

  • Identify your Key Decision Maker and Solution Admin
    • Your Key Decision Maker is the individual who ultimately approves the solution design process and functionality. The Solution Admin is the person who will own the maintenance and make updates post-release. 
  • Internally align on your business goals and the objective of this engagement.
  • Gather relevant materials that outline your current process; examples could include process or requirements documents and/or templates.
  • Come prepared to discuss your timeline.  Understanding your dependencies, constraints, and preferred go-live dates will allow us to work together to formulate a plan.
