Provision users

When users are added to your Azure Active Directory, a corresponding user will be created in Smartsheet as either a licensed user or free collaborator.

Delete users

When users are removed from your Azure Directory, their profile is deleted in Smartsheet and owned content must be transferred to a new user.

Manage profile data

When Azure is updated to reflect changes to an employee's role, name, email address, department, or other user attributes, the integration will reflect the corresponding profile data within Smartsheet.

Provision users

As users are added to your Okta Directory, a corresponding user will be provisioned in Smartsheet, with the option to grant either licensed or unlicensed access.

Deactivate users

As users are removed from your Okta Directory, their Smartsheet profiles are locked, and access to any assets revoked. Content they own can be reassigned by admins as needed.

Manage profile data

As employees change roles, names, emails, departments (or other things), Smartsheet will automatically update their user profiles to reflect changes made within Okta.
