The Dynamic Dropdown Manager keeps your Smartsheet dropdowns aligned with a designated source column. Simply define a reference sheet and column, a target sheet and column, and the solution automatically updates dropdown values. Reports can also be used as a source, allowing teams to manage centralized lists and filtered data. Built-in sorting options let you control how dropdown values appear, ensuring consistent and organized selections across sheets.
