Smartsheet Achieves 80 Percent YoY Increase for Fifth Straight Year, Increases Footprint in Enterprise Accounts
Momentum grows as company expands partnerships with Microsoft and Google, adds Red Bull, Turner Sports, Facebook, U-Haul and Toyota Motor Sales to its customer roster, and is featured in Gartner’s “Cool Vendors” in PPM report
Bellevue, Wash. – May 6, 2015 - Smartsheet, today showcased the growing demand for, and increased usage of, its spreadsheet-inspired collaborative work management tool. The company cited 80 percent growth in revenue year over year for each of the past five years and a new milestone of 61,000 paying organizations worldwide with more than six million people registered. In particular, large organizations are adopting and expanding their usage, evidenced by a 3x increase in enterprise accounts in the past year.

Hailed as ‘spreadsheet-easy and enterprise ready,’ organizations across every industry segment are adopting Smartsheet. New customers deploying Smartsheet in the last year include: Turner Sports, Toyota Motor Sales USA, Inc., American Heart Association, U-Haul, Red Bull, Sunoco, Facebook, Airbnb, Tough Mudder, and Johns Hopkins University. Other companies continue to expand their usage of Smartsheet, including Google, GSA, Netflix, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Cisco, Bayer, Groupon, Pearson, HomeAway, QAD, McGraw-Hill Education, DHL, ESPN, and Colliers.

Additionally, Forrester Research’s Total Economic Impact (TEI) study of Smartsheet, published in February 2015, found 25 percent increase in team productivity, faster time to market, bigger deals and more collaborative culture.
The company has also recently announced deeper partnerships with industry heavyweights, including a seamless integration of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Active Directory, Google for Work, DocuSign, and Tableau. As one of the initial Google Apps Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and now a Google Premier Technology Partner, Smartsheet has also signed reseller agreements with top US and European Google Resellers.
