As a product marketer of five years, Emily has experience launching products and features, building GTM strategies, and most importantly, getting to know the customer. A year after joining Smartsheet to work on strategic alliances, Emily pivoted to support Smartsheet Advance adoption where she focuses on empowering and enabling teams to successfully leverage the capabilities they already have access to. In her free time Emily enjoys cooking, watching documentaries, playing tennis and spending time with friends and family!

Karie has close to 5 years experience as a Customer Success Manager. Her passion is finding creative ways to help others succeed. That creativity blossomed in her 20 years as an Advertising and Marketing executive prior to jumping into the SaaS World. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, crafting and all things Disney!

Sara-Beth Zlatich is a Project Manager at Seagen, and a huge Smartsheet fangirl. Although her main role is to manage projects and a project portfolio, she also leads continuous improvement initiatives, and develops technology-based solutions for her department. Sara-Beth dove into Smartsheet Advanced products when she built her department’s PMO, quickly realizing the need for Control Center, and successfully advocating for leadership support. Now, as an advanced user and subject matter expert, she is a member of Seagen’s Smartsheet Leadership team, using her experience and passion to routinely answer product questions, and build Smartsheet solutions for individuals across the organization. Sara-Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and a Graduates Certificate in Project Management, with certifications in Six Sigma Lean Yellow and Green Belts, and Smartsheet 2023 Core Product.

Mitch Mook currently is the Director of Process Improvement at Shorr Packaging Corp., with responsibilities leading the Project Management Office (PMO), facilitating process improvements throughout the lead-to-cash and procure-to-pay lifecycles, and orchestrating P&L governance across the organization. Outside of work Mitch enjoys camping, tinkering with his Jeep, and making memories with friends and family where he lives in upstate New York.
