Tony Fournier

Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Administrator , Denver Health

Tony Fournier is the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) Administrator for Denver Health & Hospital authority. He was hired in December 2014 to develop the BCDR program for the IT Department. The BCDR program ensures that IT resources, processes, and personnel that support normal, daily hospital operations, continue to operate at the highest attainable level during any unplanned natural, technological, or man-made disruptive event.

Along with the Chief information Security Officer (CISO), Tony formally began the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) process and conducted the first “BIA workshop” at Denver Health in November 2015. The BIA process is one of the most important parts of any BCDR Program.
