- Admins can now use their own encryption keys to encrypt their data-at-rest in Smartsheet. Keys will be stored and entirely managed outside of Smartsheet in Amazon Web Services Key Management System (AWS KMS), and are fully owned and controlled by you. Access to data in Smartsheet is controlled or revoked only by Smartsheet Admins.
